Shipping policy

  1. Processing time:

       All orders are processed within 2-3 business days for prints and 5-7 business days for embroidery. Orders are only shipped during business hours, which do not include weekends or holidays. 

     2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

      Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is between 5-8 business days. 

     3. Shipping confirmation & Order Tracking:

      You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

     4. Lost, Stolen, and Damaged:

        Although the shipping carrier is fully responsible for the package once it leaves our facility we do want to instill stellar customer service. In the unlikely event a product is damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping we will initiate an investigation with the carrier and file a claim. Once investigation is complete we will reach out to you and offer the following Options:

  • Replacement/Reshipment: We can remake the item and reship to the same or different address free of charge
  • Refund: Issue a full refund on original payment method of item or items 

Designs By LDM is not liable for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Packages that are stolen or damaged AFTER delivery
